Michael Nicolescu is the Director of Client Success for Synario. He leads the team responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of all Synario users. In this role, he oversees the training and onboarding of all clients, the development and customization of all client models on the platform, and the ongoing success of all customer engagements.Michael also serves as a member of the Synario Executive Committee, along with the Change Management Review Board, the team responsible for prioritizing improvements and other changes made to the software. Within PFM, he serves as Chair of the Employee Advisory Committee and participates in the Mentor Program for new employees.
